There are enough blogs dedicated to trashing European songbird, Amy Winehouse so this blog will not engage in such trash talk…today. I like Amy’s voice so instead of trashing her I decided to post some of her videos that I like.

  1. I feel so bad for her. She is so talented.

BTW, tell me you watched Tim Gunn’s Guide to Style? Whatcha think?

  2. OMG!!! I totally forgot about Tim’s new show…and this is after I watched most of the marathon then I fell asleep. I hope it comes on again this weekend. Bravo usually runs the new shows again on the weekend.

I feel bad for Amy too. She has a beautiful voice and looked so much better before whatever she’s going through.

  3. Hey, are you okay? I’m worried about you because I’ve been here so many times and you haven’t posted at all. I hope it’s just blog burnout or “busyness” 🙂 Miss your blog entries.

  4. Yeah, I’m extremely busy. I’m trying to work an 8 – 5, write a novel, sell Mary Kay, raise two kids and somehow squeeze being an attentive wife in there. My plate is falling over.

I was glad to see that someone was stopping by to check on me. I haven’t been able to watch any of the shows I like…burnt out. I’ll still try to get in a day or two of blogging though. You know, I’m really starting to miss those stay at home mom days, lol.

  5. Oh I’m so happy you’re okay. Sorry about your “plate falling over”, but you can do it, you superchick you 🙂

  6. I like Amy Winehouse voice but unfortunately me being black has had cause some problems because I like her voice do to Black originating soul music..lol..I dunno I think Blacks can take things too far but I like Amy she’s awesome

  7. Dani, music has no color for me. If you can sang, you can sang and I think Amy can sang. I’m black and I could care less if other of my race don’t feel her music because she’s white. It’s their loss. Of course, I’d like to think we’ve moved past that issue when it comes to music. The soul of music knows no bounds.
